Helldivers 2 made quite a splash, and it continues to be an extremely popular game. It's not among the easiest, so we've got some extra refills of libertea to carry you through. Whether you're up against the Terminids (the bugs) or the Automatons (the robots), we've got you with some handy tips.

Helldivers 2 tips & tricks
1. Don't overcharge the Railgun!
If it's set to unstable and you hold it too long, you could blow yourself up. And we don't want that.
2. Move beyond the range of jamming towers.
If they're interfering with your stratagems, back out until you can use them.
3. Hit automatons right in the eye: their only weak spot.
Railguns, Recoilless Rifle, or the Anti-Matter Rifle are great for this. Aim carefully!
4. Get good at throwing grenades.
Note that the G16 Impact is not good against facilities such as bug nests.
5. Flank enemy strongholds.
Split up the sides with your allies to get better angles on the enemy to take them out more easily.
6. Conceal yourself in the extraction zone.
Avoid garnering attention of patrolling foes by hiding when trying to extract.
7. The defense missions are crucial to reducing your workload.
8. 500kg bombs can eliminate bug nests.
9. Ping teammates, especially when doing team objectives such as oil gathering.
10. Aim at Chargers' limbs first to eliminate them more effectively.
11. Use environmental hazards like deep water against the enemies.
Once they're slowed, call in bombings to deal with big creatures.
12. Combo that with minefields!
Railgun can also stun a Bile Titan with a headshot. Combo all these to take them down.
13. Mines are also great at stopping smaller enemies charging at you.
14. Currently, light armor + shield pack is the most optimal, especially against bug nests.
Heavy armor isn't as good right now, and you probably need a jetpack. It slows you down too much.
15. The jetpack recharges when the line on it becomes yellow.
There is also a sound cue.
16. Juggle rockets or SSD drives to speed up your movement.
It will look sort of like a stutter step, but hey, whatever gets you faster to the objective (and democracy).
17. Deploy Tesla Turrets far from your objective and walking path.
Otherwise, these will target you!
18. Eliminate the Spore Tree with weapons instead of stratagems to save ammo.
You can do so from a large distance using one of the rifle weapons.
